⚙️Structural features:
The FC-25 is a one-way clutch needle roller bearing with an outer ring. The outer ring is formed by stamping and has a compact structure. It adopts a single row of needle rollers design, with the needle rollers being both thin and long, capable of withstanding large loads within a small radial space. The clutch part of the bearing usually comes with a spring, which is integrally formed with the cage to position the needle rollers and achieve the locking function.
⚙️Material: The inner and outer rings are made of bearing steel, which has high hardness and wear resistance. The cage is made of nylon.
⚙️Performance features: It has low noise and low idle speed characteristics. Due to its light weight, it allows for a higher dividing frequency. The allowable torque is approximately 66Nm, and the rotational speed can reach 5500r/min.
