⚙️Structural and Material Characteristics:
Dual-material combination: This bearing adopts an integrated design of "bearing unit + zinc alloy housing". The bearing housing is formed by zinc alloy die-casting, which has excellent corrosion resistance and machining accuracy; the inner ring of the bearing is made of bearing steel, with high hardness and excellent wear resistance.
Installation positioning design: The extended end of the inner ring is equipped with two locking screws, which can be directly fastened and connected to the 20mm shaft diameter transmission shaft; the rhombic bearing housing reserves installation holes, supporting quick fixation and disassembly.
Self-compensation function: The rolling bearing unit can rotate slightly during installation, automatically compensating for the installation deviation of the shaft system, reducing running wear.
Long-life lubrication design: Before leaving the factory, it is filled with special lubricating grease, and under normal operating conditions, it can achieve "lifelong lubrication", eliminating the need for frequent maintenance.

Versatility: Compatible with various working conditions, it can replace models like KFL4UU and KVFL4LL of the same type in multiple scenarios such as HVAC systems and conveying equipment.
Durability: The zinc alloy base body is resistant to environmental corrosion, and the bearing steel inner ring has excellent fatigue resistance. After testing, it can withstand continuous high-frequency operation.
Economy: Compared to the stainless steel SKFL004 model, it offers lower costs while meeting general working conditions, and the weight is reduced by approximately 92%.
Low noise operation: The precisely processed raceways and optimized lubrication scheme can effectively reduce operating noise, making it suitable for equipment with high requirements for quietness.
