The HK1520 drawn cup needle roller bearing is a common type of rolling bearing, featuring a compact structure and strong load-carrying capacity.
Structural features: Composed of a thin-walled outer ring, a cage and needle rollers, without an inner ring, it requires a ground shaft to be used as the raceway. This structure makes it the smallest in cross-sectional height among rolling bearings and can provide a large load-carrying capacity within a limited radial space.
Performance parameters: The basic rated load for movement (Cr) is approximately 7900 N, the basic rated load for static operation (Cor) is approximately 9400 N, the fatigue limit load (Cur) is approximately 1150 N, the reference rotational speed is 11400 rpm, and the working temperature is generally -20℃ to 110℃.
Sealing forms: There are various forms such as open type, single-sided with sealing ring (RS), and double-sided with sealing ring (2RS). Open-type bearings have no sealing structure and are suitable for clean environments; bearings with sealing rings can prevent foreign objects from entering and lubricant leakage, and are suitable for harsh working environments.
